You do not have only privileges when
you sign your agreement. You might also
need duties. Like a tenant who is
interested in signing a tenancy greement, you will also have to have
responsibilitys of living with people.. Make sure you are familiar with them .
Probably the most fundamental duties :
- Paid in time rent.
- The home should be kept in a good
condition, same as it was when rented.
- Fixtures, fittings, and furniture
aren't broken .
